Warranty & Returns Policy — Kawiro
At Kawiro we want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 365-day guarantee on all our products.
Returns within the first 14 days
During the first 14 days after you receive your order, we accept returns for any of these reasons:
- Manufacturing defect
- You're not satisfied with the product
- Order error (wrong product, incorrect item, etc.)
In these cases you can return the product even if you've opened or tried it, as long as it's returned complete and in the same condition you received it (with all accessories and packaging, and no damage from misuse).
Returns from day 14 (up to 365 days)
After 14 days, the guarantee remains valid for the whole year, but it only covers returns if the product is unopened and unused, in its original packaging.
Excluded products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Used or chewed toys
- Food and consumable products
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, even when the original shipping was free. €4.99 will be deducted from the refund amount. This cost may increase up to €7.99 depending on the carrier.
Refunds
Once we've received the product and verified the reason for the return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days.
How to request a return
Email us at info@kawiro.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours with the next steps.
