Shipping Policy – Kawiro™

📦 We ship with tracking worldwide. We prepare your order as soon as we receive it so it ships as quickly as possible.

Shipping cost

  • Spain: €4.99
  • Mexico: 99 MXN
  • Rest of the world: calculated automatically at checkout based on destination

When a free shipping promotion is active, no shipping cost will be charged.

Delivery times

Delivery time is split into two stages:

  • Processing and dispatch: 2 to 6 business days from when the order is placed.
  • Local delivery: once the parcel reaches your country/area, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days on average, although this may vary depending on your location, availability and the courier.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors (weather, customs, peak season or courier issues).

Tracking your order

All shipments include a tracking number. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our tracking page.

Address changes

If you need to correct your address, email us as soon as possible after your purchase. We'll do our best to update it, but we can't guarantee it once the order is being packed. If it has already shipped, we can only act if the courier returns it to our warehouse; in that case we'll resend it to the correct address or process a refund in line with our Returns Policy.

Refused or unclaimed deliveries

We always recommend accepting delivery of your order. Refused or unclaimed shipments are handled by the courier and may be abandoned or not returned to our warehouse. If this happens, we won't be able to process a full refund.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Once the courier marks the order as "delivered", our responsibility for the parcel ends; we recommend providing a safe delivery location.
